Celestial Communication is a form of moving mediation. It is practised by combining choreographed arm and hand and body movements to mantras or spiritual songs. The mudras and movements are not specified and the teacher or practitioner is free to create their own unique interpretation.
Yogi Bhajan taught that Celestial Communication is “the greatest wonder food for the body healing, bringing mental intelligence and creativity, uplifting the soul and the inflow of the spirit.”
As most Celestial Communication predominantly use arm movements and movements using the upper body the meditation works at powerfully opening the heart chakra. The practise is beneficial for strengthening the arcline, the aura and magnifying the Radiant body.
It is a wonderful practise for women as it enables us to truly drop out of the head and into our body. It brings us back to a connection of our primal and instinctual self through the use of mantra, naad, breath and movement.
As multi faceted beings practising a multifaceted meditation affords us the capacity to experience the divine within us. It enables us to easily connect to our higher or angelic self. Practised in a group creates a deep sense on oneness and cohesiveness. Our infinite selves join in the act of communal prayer. It is truly a Divine experience.
The Celestial Communication we are practising for our Sisterhood phase is to the “Mul Mantra” it is a beautiful version by Jai Jagdeesh from her new album All is now light (you can connect to the full album on Apple Music here
ABOUT THE MUL MANTRA
The Mul Mantra translates as the root mantra from which a spiritual foundation is built.
Yogi Bhajan said “ The Mul Mantra is a fate killer. It removes the fate and changes the destiny to complete prosperity.”
We are praising this as a 40 day community meditation to support us in growing Sisterhood. To change the fate of our own past experiences with women's group, and our relationships with women in our lives as well as the collective fate of Sisterhood. We send out the collective prayer that in shifting this fate we can experience the prosperity that will come from the harmonious collaboration of all womanhood.
